Ria - Sangria & Tapas is a Spanish restaurant that pursuits 2 missions: to bring people together and to serve traditional Spanish dishes that are influenced by global cuisine. Their chef, Sergio Nieto Garcés, uses the food as means to showcase the culinary knowledge that he has learned from his grandfather from his earlier days and his mentor, the prestigious 3 Michelin star chef Martín Berasategui.
